Controls are off with the following warning:

Possible causes:

• The TEC is trying to reach the temperature set but the read value goes in the opposite direction (heating up instead of cooling down). If this situation remains for some seconds the warning is launched and the controls are disables.
• Temperature setpoint cannot be reached with the current heat dissipation in the device.

Solution:

• Wait until the temperature stays fixed and then turn the current on.
• If that do not work, improve the heat dissipation or rethink your temperature setpoint.
